  • What is included in a picnic?

    Each picnic will include the following: Teepee Tent (not available during high winds) - Boho Picnic Table/s - Theme Matching Décor - Blanket (or rug) & Pillows - Place Setting - Drinkware (goblets/wine glasses) - Tabletop Game of Choice - Complimentary Bottle of Sparkling Juice or Wine - Water Bottles or Lemonade - Basket of Party Favors

    You have the choice to omit any items or add items from our add-on selection or upgrade your picnic package.

  • How do I book or reserve a picnic?

    It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3! Just complete a picnic form. We will get back with you in less than 24 hours to confirm your details and answer any questions you may have.

    On your form, you will have the opportunity to detail color preferences, how many guests you are expecting, and what kind of picnic you want planned.

  • Where can I have my picnic?

    We are based out of Lexington, Kentucky and will deliver anywhere in Lexington for free. You can choose to have your picnic anywhere within city limits to include, but no limited to, public parks, backyards, venues, in home, or any other space that can accommodate the set up.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    If plans change, we understand. We do not offer refunds as we want you to enjoy the experience. You will have the option to reschedule if you let us know at least 72 hours in advance. All food add-ons are non-refundable and will be deducted from your reschedule credit. Cancellations made within less than 72 hours will forfeit all fees and payments made.

  • What if accidental damage occurs during our picnic?

    We will assess damage and either keep your deposit if damages are less than, or bill any damages up to $300 accordingly.

    Please notify us immediately by calling if any items are lost or damaged. Client is responsible for all loss or damage to rentals, up to and including actual replacement value for each missing or damaged item.

  • What happens if it rains on the day of my picnic?

    Weather can be unpredictable, so we leave the planning to you. We allow you to move your picnic locations once, but must have at least 4 hours advanced notice.

  • Do you offer food and/or beverages?

    Each picnic will include water bottles or lemonade for your guests. We do not provide any food directly thru Lex Pop Up Picnic & Co. We work with vendors and can pick up food items upon request to include a convenience fee.

    For any set-ups in public locations, ALL guests must adhere to local park rules and regulations. Lex Pop Up Picnic & Co. will assume no responsibility for guests who receive a citation for any offenses.

  • What is your rescheduling policy?

    If your booking is eligible for a reschedule, we will transfer your applicable credits and honor one date change. The event must take place within 6 months after the original picnic date. Otherwise, the booking and all fees/payments made will be forfeited.

  • What if we want to leave early?

    Please notify us by calling at least 45 minutes before you’d like to leave if you are leaving earlier than your original time. The client is responsible for ALL equipment rentals for the duration of their reservation period or until we return for pickup.

    Equipment is not to be left unattended. Any damages or loss to any of the equipment rentals will be assumed by the client and will incur additional charges.
